Long time lurker here, but very happy that as of August 4th, I graduated from Pierpont (with Information Systems AoE) thanks to all of your collective information. It's nice to get that motivational "checkbox" 10 years after starting college at a B&M University in Texas (left with around 80-ish hours in BA Information Technology major).
Now for the next step, highly considering the Regents BA from WVU with an emphasis in Political Science. I'm also considering UMPI's BA in History and Political Science program.
Long term plans: MBA Program (preferably here in Texas)
Thanks for all of your help!
In Progress:
West Virginia University, RBA Economics & Political Science

Congrats mr peanutbutter!
Cool that you went to UT. I have always been a UT fan, did you go to the Austin campus?
What attracts you to the Regents BA from WVU? Nice program but the cost seems kind of hefty at $457 per credit hour?
South Texas College has a competency based Bachelor of Applied Technology in Computer and Information Technologies that is suppose to be charged an $850 flat rate for Texas residents.

I actually attended Stephen F. Austin, not UT-Austin. Both are University of Texas System schools, however. I'm trying to shift away from IT, so I haven't considered STC. The B.o.G. program articulates directly with the Regents BA program at WVU (and other WV Universities), so that was attractive to me. With Political Science being a passion of mine, I'm not trying to rush through these classes/internship opportunities available.

I'm not planning on doing CBE for my bachelor's. I did have family that graduated from A&M Commerce, however.

Congrats on finishing the Pierpont BOG AAS! Good luck with your next journey, I think the UMPI option may be cheaper, easier, faster in the long run, and if you're into that subject matter, it'll be more 'fun' for you too!
In regards to the MBA, there are so many options, from the cheapest WGU (Texas endorsed MBA with ACBSP) to other in state options that have ACBSP or AACSB programmatic/secondary Business Accreditation.
