I've been considering getting one of those cellphone jammers just for those annoying prats at movies and restaurants. I wouldn't keep it on all the time, as I wouldn't want to cause someone to miss an emergency call, but it would be fun to just turn it on and off to disrupt the annoying people.

Where can I get one? What does it do? Besides the obvious, my main problem is not the phone calls but the constant texting. Out of the pass three visits to the theatres I returned my tickets twice because of texting. Not just one or two people mind you.
