What is the expiration date for taking these? Are they no longer eligible for TESU or Charter Oak?

You can just look on the ACE website to see when they expire (there's a problem with it today, so I can't check).
TESU and COSC will take them as long as they show up on your ACE transcript (which only happens if you finish before the expiration date).

I believe they currently expire 7/31/2018.
