I've seen several comments where people found the email from ACE in their SPAM folders, even if they had ACE added to their address books. Check around 21 December. If you don't have it, perhaps ACE can resend.
Thank you, It was there in SPAM folder.

I’m a paid Sophia student now, & have received all badges thus far by asking in a chat for them to be added manually,. However, I did use an alternate email 3 years ago to Phoenix.Sophia.org for the free 1 credit courses. (Had no idea they’d eventually be so affordable & was just a accruing what I could from various links.)
I’m not sure if anyone else may find themselves in this same awkward & unforeseen situation as well, but they said they’d add the badges to that account & my current account wouldn’t be in jeopardy to login to that old account to accept them.
Didn’t matter on ACE, but much more complicated via acclaim, I hope this helps. Credits are credits, lol!

It shouldn’t be, but I’ve associated every email account possible since HS. The only badges I currently have are the Sophia credits that I’ve nudged about since the transition. Sophia’s TOS also mention terminating accounts if any one person has more than one. Just checking all bases for anyone lurking.

I found the survey link in my spam folder and filled out the survey. From the e-mail, I'm under the impression that Acenet will automatically transfer all my credits on my Ace transcript to Acclaim on my behalf? Is that correct? Do I just wait and does anyone know how long this process takes?

No idea. Some people are seeing courses roll in while others (like myself) are still waiting for things like Sophia, TEEX, and The Institutes.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Back in 2013, when I was in high school, I had the opportunity to obtain some entry-level IT certifications for free. Two of them were in the Microsoft Technology Associate series. This year, when I learned about alt credit, I remembered them. The exam titles were in the ACE database, but my certification dates were not within any of the windows. An email to ACE confirmed that I could not add these to my ACE transcript. However, I later found that TESU and Strayer had their own evaluation which covered one of the certificates. I eventually figured out how to send the registrars a transcript code from Microsoft, and that one certification was subsequently added to my academic evaluation. I thought that I wouldn't be able to do anything with the other one.
Recently, I registered for an Acclaim account as part of the ACE transition. Waiting in there for me were all those old IT certs from high school. There was a CompTIA cert that I had completely forgotten about and won't get me any new credit, with the original 2013 issue date. Alongside that were the Microsoft certs. However, the date on them is recorded as November 2016, which is when Microsoft joined the Acclaim platform. That date does match up with a valid ACE recommendation. Indeed, the ACE endorsement is showing up for both Microsoft badges.
I'm curious to see what will happen when I send a transcript from the new Acclaim system to the schools. Which date and recommendation will they recieve? I'm waiting for TEEX to get their badges figured out, then I'll fire off a transcript to TESU and Strayer to see what happens.
Anyone else gain anything from the new system?
BTW: I never received the email survey from ACE/Acclaim/Credly about migrating to the new system, and none of my old ACE stuff is showing up yet. I have emailed ACE support about this.
This actually worked! TESU gave me the ACE-recommended credits for these certs, with the 2016 Acclaim date:
MTA 98-366 Networking fundamentals - 2cr CAP-216 Intro to Computer Network Systems
MTA 98-367 Security fundamentals - 2cr CIS-244 Computer Security
These credits did not apply to my BS-Cybersecurity and had the comment *NE Non-course equivalency. This wasn't terribly surprising, and I didn't particularly need them for that anyway. They did go into the AoS for my ASNSM-Computer Science.
Surprisingly, they added the credit for the security fundamentals exam despite already having 3cr CYB-120 awarded through the PLR for that exam on my transcript. I also have CYB-120 via TEEX, so I should be good in case of an audit.
I'm still waiting for all of my Sophia and TEEX badges to show up on the new Acclaim/Credly system, but I have the stuff I want at TESU already. I'll give the support contacts another nudge.

I just found an issue with the Sophia badges on my new ACE/Acclaim/Credly transcript after sending a copy to myself. The "issued to" name is wrong.
I have always given my true legal name when starting Sophia courses. This is the name that shows up on the unofficial Sophia transcript and was on the old ACE system. My Acclaim/Credly account is also set up with this name. Despite this, my Sophia badges are somehow associated with a nickname. This nickname is the name on my Google account which I've linked to Sophia. I'm not sure how/why they pulled that instead of the name I gave them.
I left a message for Sophia a few days ago, but they haven't responded yet.
