So I completed my MBA through WGU and my undergrad through TESU, however I am not currently enrolled anywhere. I have found myself in need of 12 accounting credits, and another 3 credits in either business/tax law, econ, finance, or banking.
Trying to do this as cheaply and painlessly as possible. Seems like with Straighterline I can do Accounting 1&2 and then Financial and Managerial Accounting, as well as a business law class. However, being that I'm not enrolled anywhere, is there somewhere I can transfer these credits to without having to take another class somewhere? Maybe back to TESU?
Or if anyone has a better suggestion, that would be awesome.
Thanks all.

Why are we getting undergrad alternative ACE credits? What are these credits used for? If you're looking to add it onto a transcript, TESU is your best bet. I would reapply to TESU, add a associates or bachelors program into your list and then transfer these StraighterLine credits in. Another option if you want to splurge, is to do all the courses you mentioned above with Study.com as it hits the 5 courses/month max. Take 2 courses/month for $199 and any extra exams at $70/each... total will be $409 if you're using Study.com - for StraighterLine, it'll be slightly cheaper/easier/faster though at $59 x 5 + $99 membership = $394.

I need the additional credits to become eligible for a job.

So I would be able to do this without taking another class at TESU?

Pretty much the following steps: Setup a Credly account for free.
1) Apply for $50 and add an associates or bachelors degree
2) Take the $50 Medical Terminology TECEP for enrolment
3) Take those 5 StraighterLine or Study.com courses and add them to your Credly account
4) From Credly, transfer them into TESU and wait for evaluation to update
5) Once you have the credits in place, ask TESU for a transcript and pay the fee

I also recommend Coopersmith for speed. A couple of their upper level accounting exams don't seem to require much accounting. It's mostly memorizing facts and being able to apply concepts.

Make sure that ACE/NCCRS credits will work. It might not be a viable option for some jobs. If you do need RA credit, UNA has accounting courses for about $550 each: https://www.una.edu/business/accounting-career-program/
