18 Easy Math Master's Credits

I've got an MA in English and PhD in Higher Education, but I'd like to also be certified to teach entry-level, basic math courses. I need 18 credit hours in math at the master's level to be able to do that. 

What's the quickest, cheapest way to get those credits? Any suggestions?

One option is via Advancement Courses. They have a bunch of math credits that transcript with the prefix MATX and are potentially a part of the course of study at Concordia University at St. Paul. The part of the course of study is potentially important in terms of being accepted by whichever university your want to teach at. Also note that while it is listed as MAT credit, it actually transcipted for me as MATX. I should probably call them up to see if I can get it changed.

There are at least four classes on that page that could fit what you want. Note that the web site states that these are continuing education graduate credits which may or may not meet your needs.

Valley City State University has a handful of math courses within the Ed2Go platform that can be purchased for grad. credit. This will almost certainly not be with a math prefix, but math is sometimes in enough demand that colleges will take it anyway.

When I've done the calculation in the past, it was too expensive to do these courses. There is a fee to PBS and also a fee to the transcripting college. Maybe that has changed.

This is the now legendary "Groupon University" "masters" program through ENEB and Universidad Isabel I in Spain. This forum and the sister forum have been experimenting with credit evaluations through this program. This is something like a professional, non-academic master's degree in Spain. There is a "Big Data" master's degree for $300. However, this is not considered an academic degree in Spain, but a professional master's. There has been quite a bit of discussion of whether this is a graduate/undergraduate degree or the requisite credits are graduate or undergraduate. You might want to do this at some point, although there would be an additional question about whether big data is math.

BTW, here is the best faculty certification parameters guide that I have seen. This is from a college in Florida, so it falls under SACSCOC accreditation. I would think that these parameters would be similar in other regions:

It's not secret that I'm potentially a fan of the ENEB programs for some purposes, but not this one. Big data is not math, and foreign transcript evaluations are not something you want to have to ask schools to deal with when they're trying to quickly hire an adjunct instructor. (Even if this program were positively evaluated for this purposes, which I doubt.)

Graduate level math credits? FHSU has a master's in education in math. They have several grad math courses available. Grad tuition was $287 per credit when I looked over the summer.
