I could be wrong, but my understanding is credit is only awarded for passing all 5 modules. The credit is based on the "certification" and not the individual exams. That said, it is a great professional certification to have. I have held off because I have a CPM (Purchasing Management, 9 credits from EC or TESC) and can't get a clear answer on what duplicates what so I am working on CLEPS, etc instead.
I don't know if the exams are as easy as some are making them out to be. Some stuff on Six Sigma and manufacturing planning scheduling that require study or a fair amount of industry experience.
Just my 2 cents.
Best to all

Got my reply:
"These exams will satisfy all of your remaining business component requirements"
Just to clarify I still require 15 credits including 12 upper level credits. Based on this I will be persuing this option and will let you know. Now I'm watching my mail box like a hawk waiting for the PIMPREP software...
The software is $500 (I did not sign up for a membership since they charge a lot more because I'm gainfully employed...) Based on what I've read it should be enough to pass these tests. That's $100/test including 12 upper level credit. Not bad in my book.

Is that $500 plus whatever it costs to sign up for the tests? If so, what's the total to take that course/certification?
Also, in the email above, it sounds like the certification will count as 12 of the 15 UL credits, correct?

Keep us updated on this one please. I'm always on the lookout to add a few more letters to the end of my name, and the college credit would be gravy. Today's world runs on JIT inventory, and global logistics is just so darn interesting!

Sorry guys this is a no go!
I called ACE and although APICS was registered with them, they didn't keep up their registration so ACE won't award credit unless you took the exam prior to 2008. I called APICS and they said they haven't heard any talk about re-establishing the relationship with ACE either.
This would have been great too.
