I just joined the IC forums yesterday and I have only taken a Western Civilization CLEP (passed) and Here's to Your Health DSST (failed, two days ago), and I see the material for Substance abuse is somewhat similar to that which I have studied, so instead of waiting 6mos I am going to study for two more weeks and then take the test.
From what I've read if I subscribe ($20/mo ??) I gain access to flash cards and they seem to help everyone on here a lot. The funny thing is I felt better about the Here's to Your Health test than the previous one, and I don't know if it's because it was Dante's that it was that much more difficult or perhaps that I was not prepared enough.
Anyways, I am willing to spend the money so long as it will help me. I can devote plenty of time to studying, but are the resource that good here? My method of studying for the previous ones were spending several hours finding resources and then studying, in hopes that what I had found was enough. I apologize in advance if I don't make much sense, but I have been dealing with my fussy 10mo and I have typed this in the time-frame of about an hour and a half. Haha! Thanks for your time and help!
Best Regards,
David
