Just read the fine print from the site...
"All service members (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reserve), regardless of activation status (active, retiree, contractor, or civilian) and their families are eligible for this service"
This makes me eligible since my father is retired US Army.
I think that most of us can draw on some family relationship, even though obscure, to allow for the use of this site. It's a great site too.
