Magic raises a good point,
I actually pulled out of taking my third planned exam of the day once. The first two just drained me so much that I was no longer prepared to accept the gamble for the third exam. The risk out-weighed the potential reward.
Depending on how flexible your testing center is, you could actually schedule all three exams, and then make a final decision after each exam based on how you are feeling at that point in time.
It's always better to be safe than sorry.
