For Ethics in America, I would say the old exam is still pretty decent in scope, but the real test goes deeper than the Peterson. In other words, you would want to know more about the topics, but the variety of content is still a useful guide of what to cover.
For Management Information Systems, it's not bad but I recall some of the business issues and technology details were a little dated. If you can take it for free you can't go wrong. The $5 Prometric practice exam was pretty close.
