General Education Requirements are divided into 3 large categories - Humanities, Social Sciences/History, and Natural Sciences/Math.
For a BS, you need a combination of 9 credits in 2 of the categories and 6 credits in the other category.
For a BA, you need a combination of 12 credits in 2 of the categories and 9 credits in the other category.
The 2 Depth Requirements are 12 credits each in a single discipline with 3 upper level. There are lots of topics to choose from. History and Psychology are 2 that are available through testing.
Also, look at Alissa's Degree Plan Template for a BS in Liberal Studies:

This should help you see how the credits need to be arranged.
One way to find which categories your credits fall under is to look at the CLEP and DSST part of the student guide to credit by exam.
If you post the credits you already have, we can try to help you more specifically.
I hope this helps!
