Is there one set price for Excelsior or is it just the enrollmetn fee then whatever I need to test out of? I am trying to figure out what I still need before I apply and enroll but cannot figure it out. I dont want to waste money taking something I do not need. FOr the Liberal Arts can you totally test out of it???
