I found Western Civ I far easier - but I screwed up on II because I thought a plurality of questions would be on the Napoleonic era (really strong on that) rather than Otto Von Bismark and late Victorian politics (isn't Bismark in North Dakota?).
Frankly, if I were you I'd go for Western Europe since 1945. If you know the Soviet Union that well, you should be pretty good on how the countries West of the Iron Curtain played out.
Of the ones you've mentioned, Geography strikes me as the easiest - by FAR. But your mileage may vary.
Regis gives us quite a few choices, which is nice!
