Test Taking Anxiety

Have you considered taking any kind of herbal relaxers to help you sleep the night before a test? You might check at your local health food store and ask if they can recommend something for you. Chamomile tea might help too.

That's a good bunch of advice, studyhard! I simply must second the tea recommendation. I often drink tea when I'm studying for a test. It soothes like little else. (Still, it's probably not good to drink it *right* before the test...)
