I also completed the test today and got a 445, which I guess is at least a B. I ran through the IC questions once last night, and made 6 pages of handwritten notes about things that I was shaky on. I probably would have done better except for the fact that I had just finished Excelsior Cultural Diversity test 30 minutes before this. I read over my notes just before I took the test.
Total prep time: 3 hrs.
Total test time was 40 minutes
I must say that there were many questions that I could only narrow down to two choices. Test strategy is a very big part of these tests. It has been proven on many similar tests that going back and fixing things during the review cycle is almost always a mistake. If you can only get things down to two choices, just pick one and move on.
What was helpful to me was overlap from previous tests:
DSST - Drugs and Alchohol
Excelsior - Psych of Aging
