You could take a couple of practice exams this week AND take the exam, if you do alright on the mocks.
If you have already practised the A&I lit aspect in your other class, and if you know the basic literary terminology (sonnet, stanza, blank verse, simile...etc.), you will likely do well on this exam.
People do fail this exam on occasion. It's a 6-credit literature exam after all. But if you have a good grasp for A&Iing literature passages, and know the literary terms, I can't see you having too much trouble with it.
Try a mock exam or two, to gauge where you stand, and then go in and take the exam as soon as you feel ready.
