Basically, it's interesting indeed, they're trying to gain more market share in Spanish speaking countries, I wonder if they'll do French sooner or later... Tell me you're not from New York State without telling me you're not from NYS.   There are many Spanish speaking people in NYS. There's 19 million people here so there's bound to be more than 10 people who are fluent in Spanish. Don't forget how many people in NYC and the 5 boroughs. There are many Spanish speakers there. I doubt they're looking at international students. There are also a variety of Spanish languages. Spanish from Spain is far different than Spanish from Central America. There are different verb tenses and pronunciations are different.
