At the same school, we had a recent report of similar fees temporarily listed on student accounts for winter courses that were announced as tuition-free. Those fees were quickly removed in an adjustment. It seems likely much the same is happening here.
Even paying 1,000... that is a steal for six hours of grad credit. But I could not justify 4,300.
