It's not easy to keep this thread on topic without it devolving into Trump trolling, Elon trolling, or personal attacks.
Trying to get everyone to agree on $500 billion worth of cuts to the federal government is, to say the least, a monumental challenge.
However, there are some areas where both sides might find common ground, such as:
- Making some defense cuts.
- Reducing fraud, improper payments, and improving auditing oversight.
- Using technology to increase efficiency.
