Also enrollment date is not the date classes began. Enrollment date is typically the date you first registered for classes.
This is a small rural university. They probably don't have many students who have an RESP or anything similar. This isn't something the US has so they may not have any idea what it is. Be patient. Be polite!
I was expecting you to be more harsh towards me. Glad your response was constructive. The other college was Canadian but it's parent company was Penn Foster. Anyways, regardless, as I said, I don't see how my request is unreasonable. Then, her final response confirms what I thought which was her evading my request. Like my request wasn't hard to understand. Yes, I am aware the enrollment date may be different, I didn't further specify, due to just that.
