Now i ran into the next problem.
After successfully taking the IELTS online Academic exam, TESU does not accept if I send them the test results. But TESU is not listed in the organisations, which accept IELTS (appearantly TESU is not one of the 12500 organisation that do). I have reached out to IELTS and they have said that TESU needs to register on their website in order to send them my results.

I think i have taken the exam in vain now and guess my only way to enroll now is to get 9 credits at another english speaking university.
Has anyone had problems with this before?
