You'll probably need your high school transcripts. You can take the Duolingo exam for English. UMPI accepts that no problem.
If you want your international credits to transfer then you'll need to have them evaluated by an agency such as WES. UMPI has a list of acceptable evaluators on their website. Info about the English requirements are on the website as well.

Thanks for the response! Yes, I am aware of all this. Just wanted to see if there was a way around it in the specific situation I described. If you don't mind me asking, what happened to the Pierpont AAS? Why is it not an option anymore?
