@obonis, Please provide more details, I don't think many (if any members at all) have applied to that specific institution.  It's great asking questions, but we're volunteers and don't work for the institution.  Your main objective is to speak with the 'higher ups or tech support' at the institution to see if your login details can be forwarded to your email again.  You may be better off providing the details from the addendum and template, then explain what happened instead of 'applied to St. LCC, not received student id, what to do next?'.  Link: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

College authority has told me that they are looking into it.. let's see what happens ?
