Online credit course at community college

?I applied for admission in st Louise community college from Bangladesh. They sent me email with my stlcc id saying that "student id number (A number) is sent in a different email". but I didn't get any email. When I sent email to them they said I would get it in a separate email. Then I waited, checked spam and when I got no email, I again emailed them. They said I need to go to the campus in person.what to do?

They didn't ask for any documents. I applied as a non degree student
