I was under the impression that HAU's $3000 tuition was the fee for the program. Like I think even if you had transfer classes the fee would still be $3000. I don't think they have the classes set up in tuition per credit hour. Just $3000 fee for entire program.
Even if it is, if you don't have to take some of the courses that still a deal for 3k, just less work.
Since you have two graduate certificates that are IEE evaluated you should try Jacksonville State University's Master of Arts in Integrated Studies. They accept 18 transfer credits towards their 30-credit program. Your two ENEB evaluated degrees might qualify. The cost is $428 per credit and you would save a lot of time.
