For the record, here is a link to international catalog of SNHU, by which the branches shall abide IMHO, mentioning "For evaluating non-traditional learning experience, SNHU recognizes the services of American Council on Education (ACE) and National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS)."

I don't believe that anything applying to US SNHU would apply for the in.SNHU.
What might be true right now is :
You cannot finish faster than 4 years
You cannot transfer 90 credits from anywhere
Your classes will be with people from India and other internationals
I cannot confirm if anyone has a degree from there yet.
Advisors are most of the time clueless so anything said here could be 100% false as well since the information can only be obtained by them at the moment.
But not being able to transfer 90 credits or graduate sooner is enormous false advertisement.
