The OU is a regionally accredited institution and when I did get an evaluation by WES done, they evaluated the courses I'd done as nearly 130 credits. The problem was, there was no evaluation of say my 10.5 credit maths course, which covered algebra, statistics, geometry, etc as covering those things.
And you'll find that for many students it has not been waived. Well you need math courses for a degree from UMPI so you'll have to get the evaluation or take math classes again.
