One key point to consider is that YourPace doesn't offer Bachelor of Science degrees, and you are speaking about Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity. But by the previous link it should not be an issue really.
It's a great idea! I think getting Sophia's Statistics evaluated for MAT 201 credit would be a good first step. Not only would it benefit this program, but it could also open the door for other course re-evaluations in the future, as you really would need to do a lot of work.
Here you would need to contact ISC2 also, as by default ISC2 issues Credly badges without ACE recognition.
