It really depends on your situation. What country are you from? What country do you plan to work/live in? What career are you pursuing? How many credits do you have and what type of institution are they from? How many alternative credits do you have?

As there's many options out there, I recommend posting on at Degree Planning Advice forum with the addendum.

UK. I'm not sure which country I'll work in next but for now I'll be working in the UK, with plans to work abroad. Software development. No credits, I plan to get them.

I'd also ask them for clear information about if they accept ACE credit to accelerate the degree. Apparently the Latin American school only accepts college transfer credit which will be redundant for a ton of subjects because Latin America classes such as for English are designed to teach the student how to pass Toefl exams and they are not essay heavy like US college English courses.

So, unless the student already has a ton of foreign college credit that is similar enough to US curricula, they will be spending far more time and money than if they crammed Sophia/Study courses and went to UMPI or Tesu instead.

I have asked, and it's really shady... They message you from a personal number, so you have to send over sensitive information to a personal account. They said they do accept credits, but wouldn't go into detail. I have to enroll for more information, and enrolling costs money obviously.

For example, here I was given less than two hours to make a decision about something quite expensive... So I declined. I've changed names for privacy reasons and only copied some of the conversation so it's fair use i.e. doesn't violate copyright.

I'll finish working on my degree plan, and see if I can make a plan that caters to a few schools, then do the courses that overlap. That sounds like the best thing to do currently. I really don't want to go with TESU because it's a BA, and while yes you can change electives to make the course comparable, the average person likely isn't doing that. Plus, the average person likely isn't going to see BA as the same.
