That is GCSE level.... not A Level/GCE. GCSE are the mandatory exams sat at 15/16 after 2-3 years of study. Think Junior High.

The exams that are similar to AP/IB/CLEP etc. and are worth college credit in the US are GCE exams studied 16-18. The syllabi for these are also all readily available online from the exam boards (AQA, EDEXCEL, OCR etc.).

This is the level below that.
