Great update, have you taken the time to review the WIKI links for the general education and also the specific degree plan for UMPI? If not, I suggest creating a spreadsheet to record your progress and track the classes you have remaining for the degree of choice. With a spreadsheet, you'll know what classes you've taken and what classes you have left, and can cross them out like a shopping list. Sometimes it keeps you motivated as well seeing you cross off one class at a time...
