In theory, WGU could be the fastest to complete overall - you could start as early as April 1st, it's completely self-paced, and conferral is completed within about a week after you finish your final course (most schools take a month or more). But you would probably need to push your start date back to May 1st because you can't transfer anything to WGU after you enroll.
UMPI may be your best choice, assuming you can get accepted for Summer I session starting May 6th, max your transfers (again Sophia and Study.com), and complete 10 courses in one 8-week session:
