UK Level 7/8 Diploma Questions

I find a few cheap level 7 and 8 diploma in the Uk but they look like a mail degree
 

Those 3 have the same fingerprint behind them

I assume that this is a level 8 RQF diploma equal to PhD and they confirm in an early chat with them ( London school of international business) that it's equal to PhD
But in the next link  they're using  (SCQF Level 8) equal to (  level 5 RQF)  which is less then master
