From the looks of things, UMPI should have granted your general education requirements as you already have an associate and bachelors, you may just need to do the major for the accounting classes and remaining requirements for that particular major itself. File attached is great, however, I usually like to see the other academic evaluation where the advisor has highlighted in yellow your remaining classes, thus we just need to know what those are... You should speak with your academic advisor assigned to you, get that evaluation and post it, as you're missing the spreadsheet for reference and tracking purposes, you can create one and update that whenever you can...
