WES Canada recognizes ENEB/Isabel

A friendly reminder that Isabel itself also directly gives out degrees. So a person with an Isabel WES badge can be completely unrelated to ENEB.

WES does not always give the same result for the same degree or same school every time. I specifically googled WES and found out that both WES Canada and WES USA tend to not give favorable results for any business school, business major or business subject (such as Finances) even if they come from accredited universities. In the past few years they have also stopped accepting some accreditations related to either business schools, distance learning, or India - that includes DEAC, which is a major player (DEAC is a US accreditor, and US states accept DEAC for licensing purposes). I wonder if this is just related to the high number of people majoring in business topics, so it's natural to see more complaints by them as more of them have applied to FCEs in the first place, or if it's international politics.

I read a lot of stuff like a person's 3 year European Bachelor's in Hospitality got evaluated as a "72 credit Bachelor's", a person's 2 year MBA got evaluated as a "1 year Bachelor's" and so on. I didn't specifically search for business/hospitality majors but as that was the majority of the complaints I saw. I also found people whose degrees got a different result just 1-2 years after someone else had gotten their result.

All is not lost. I would definitely look into using a different evaluator - most of the other ones are 1/3rd of the cost of WES anyways. Strict employers and schools want a NACES member (which Validential isn't) for the US, I don't know about Canada. I'll send mine to a new NACES evaluator that no one seems to have tried before, after I get my digital diplomas.

The problem is, Canada accepts only some designated organizations  for immigration purposes. I think there are 7 or 8 and WES is the only NACES member in that list (maybe another one too, I checked some randomly).

i might run out and spend a lot of money before I find a favorable valuation , i mean , as long as i find one it is okay xD
