That just seems like a lot of things to go through; was looking at the BLS Management Minor from UMPI and that seems pretty efficient with the amount of free electives it allows

Its regarded as probably the quickest/easiest degree

Recap, you mentioned: Any certifications or military experience? NORAC - What is this?!
Review the addendum and template you have created and see what you've written for each field.

My plan above will hit all your requirements and more, the requirements for the BAS very similar to the BLS, there are very slight differences...

You get the certs, degree, experience trifecta - 2 Associates (BOG AAS, UMPI AALS), UMPI BAS, and a few certificates that are cheap/free in < 1 year.
