It does vary as people complete courses to transfer into the degree, others complete courses at UMPI, and some complete a mix of both. They have to constant updates on evaluations and then, if the person is missing some requirement or has the core requirements fulfilled but not enough credits to graduate (example, electives not done), delays will occur.
