I'm pretty sure this program gets a lot of looks from people on this board. The only drawbacks are (1) the name "Enterprise" on a degree is unusual (what is this the Star Trek Enterprise LOL) and (2) Amberton, while a legit institution, is very low key and totally unknown to most even within Dallas (where I used to live). Otherwise, I looked at their syllabus and it looks ok, however it doesn't really focus on the newer data science tools like R and Python (I seem to remember in the outline they use Stata).
I think it is an ok option for some people, although I would take a look at Georgia Tech (MS Analytics) and Eastern U (MS Data Science) first before considering this program.
