Look under the Specific Feedback section for hints/links. Wikipedia is a big source for a lot of stuff. The foreign languages, well you need to be able to listen to a recording and understand what it says, so if you don't already know the language you'll probably need to take a class. Literature exams are generally broad in subject, you need to know all of the main authors in the subject area and their works. The Technical Writing I know first hand. You can get a technical writing book from the library or find a good online site. The feedback has more information on the specifics.
