Hmm, my wife went to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific for the first time this Tuesday, she's gone for a month visiting family... Hope your wife is having a nice trip in HK. Well I have got some more choices after doing some research.
I have taken a look at some Malaysian Universities:
-City University of Malaysia
-INTI University (however not sure if I am qualified, still asking)

Azteca university is also offered by an agent. However probably not a good choice.

The tution fee should be pretty affordable for City university Malaysia and INTI, however the workload would be heavier (80 credit hours).
INTI does get a pretty well QS rank.
However for cirruculum I would go for GGU. Love the finance concentration.
