Universities that accept ects from titulo propio

I read that Valadential (sp?) accreditation evaluation agency evaluates ENEB as equivalent to a US regionally accredited degree. The problem is US schools sometimes only accept WES or certain other agencies, which take a different stance.

I've read Japan accepts titulo propio like any other school for school or work visas. You can even get the government MEXT scholarship with it.

Some countries will accept the ECTS but reject the degree as being a finished degree, due to the difference between a terminal Master's vs academic Master's.
