Continue with the BSLA at Excelsior, you just need to complete your Info Lit and Cornerstone, on the next term, complete the Capstone.  You want to transfer the rest into the degree with whichever provider you decide to go with, Coopersmith, Sophia.org, Study.com, or another provider etc.  You don't need a BSOL or BSBA to get into the MBA at WGU or if you prefer their MSML, look at other programs such as HAU MBA for $3K, UMPI MAOL, and also check their entry requirements...

I think I will be continuing Excelsior. Just need to identify UL Arts and Science courses to complete the remaining 15 CR

In your case I agree with bjcheung77, I think it would be best to stick with your path at EU for the BSLA (both in time/money). Get those 15 UL and get it done   We look forward to hearing about your master choice, should you decide to take that next step.
