To my way of thinking, 30 RA credit minimum ≠ 90 credit maximum. If I understand you correctly there is no Regionally Accredited requirement. The only true requirement is to take SOS-1100 and LIB-4950 at TESU and have 120 credits. Is this right?
Think of it like this...you need 30 US RA credits and/or foreign equivalents (6 of these credits are the SOS-1100 and the TESU Capstone)
