So graduation rate for any college with online, degree completion, adult learner type programs might not always be a good reflection on the quality of the program.
A quick google , according to the US Dept. of Ed. " Graduation rate is the percentage of a school's first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. For example, for a four-year degree program, entering students who complete within six years are counted as graduates."
So transfer students aren't factored into graduation rate. Programs like WGU, Capella, U of PHX , etc. which are geared mostly towards undergraduate degree completion could have a sad graduation rate of like 11% , but that doesn't mean people don't graduate from their programs in a timely fashion.
I dont know if UMPI has this data , but you could ask about like average degree completion time through YourPace, or how many degrees have been granted through YourPace.
