Oh, I forgot that Excelsior won't grant additional degrees, so you can give that dream up.
AND, also forgot to mention - once you get a 1st degree, Excelsior (if they were to let you get another degree) would require that you get an additional 30cr of UL in the major of new credits. So again, you're trying to do something you can't do.
