So, has there been confirmation that they WON'T accept Info Lit from elsewhere? In essence, this would be their cornerstone?

If you have a master's, you don't need the requirement.

I'm mostly asking for confirmation from someone actually dealing with EC directly (and enrolled student or someone who's had an eval there). I've heard they will no longer take a transfer for this particular course from Davar or Study.com. Maybe it's just that they don't consider these courses equivalent any longer?

As the link says, Excelsior will waive the info lit requirement if you earned a master's degree within the past five years. I earned my master's degree almost six years ago, so they're requiring it for me. I could just wait until I'm finished at UF and ask them to waive it.
I had no info lit courses newer than five years old to attempt to transfer.
