Don't listen to the enrollment counselors. They aren't UMPI employees and are basically sales people. They're not knowledgable nor do they have access to U of M systems.
Have you received the acceptance email? Did you set up your MaineStreet account? It takes several weeks for transcripts to be processed after you're accepted. You should contact Shea in the YourPace admissions department to make sure they have received all of your transcripts.
