Yes, pretty much what was answered, in addition to that, the earliest you can register is about a month in advance. It really depends on the calendar dates they have on the link I provided earlier. For your example of September 2023 Term. You can register any time from July 28 - August 25 (as long as there is space/seats for the classes you're interested in...) If you're taking TECEP's, the last day you can possibly take the TECEP exam is the day the term ends. I always recommend to take the exam at least a week before your term ends, just in case something comes up.
