Yes. Here's the video you should be reviewing to register for anything, including the TECEP you mentioned.
Don't speed through the entire video... I have a second monitor, so I watch and follow it at the same time, pause when needed.

Hi, bjcheung77. I had only enrolled for this class last year to access as a student, but I completed it in the TESU display. Actually, I didn't take this class . Could I re-register for this course? Thank you for your advice

If I recall correctly, you can take any class at least twice, so if you've taken it, sure... If not, take it... I can't see the attached picture, Private Messages have issues with picture attachments...

I double-checked my previous year registration status; I only enrolled in this course, but I didn't take this course, and the system displays completed , could I enroll again? Can you give me some advice , thank you .

Great stuff, not sure why you're enrolling a second time, but I guess it's for enrollment purposes... Advising or registrar may ask as they've updated their system to allow enrolling, but it goes through a final audit that is manual. You'll receive email in regards to that, hopefully you can 'either take it' or less favorably, drop it and get your refund.
